Give each branch a shared view of daily operations.
Keep site attendance and employee requests connected.
WHY WE ARE BUILDING MIZEN
A warehouse starts early. A field team works across sites. A manager needs the full picture. Mizen exists to bring those everyday details together, so the next decision starts with a clearer record.
A MORE CONNECTED WORKDAY
Start with your people and attendance. Build a consistent way to review records across your company.
Record GPS punches, request manual attendance when needed, or import supported biometric attendance files. Review unclear and missing punches.
Keep employee profiles, joining dates and document expiry dates together, with access scoped to the team that needs them.
Organise company and branch records. Give each person company-wide or single-branch access through a defined role.
Manage leave requests and review their status in the same workspace as the rest of your workforce records.
Keep attendance hours and draft payroll records visible. Review overtime and exceptions before treating them as payroll inputs.
Let your team use the interface in the language they work in, with layouts that support both reading directions.
A SIMPLE PLACE TO START
Create your company and branches, then add your employee profiles.
Invite users with a role and access scope. Link employee profiles for personal attendance and leave.
Capture attendance or import a file, check exceptions and keep requests moving.
TRUST SHOULD BE EXPLAINED
Your workforce records deserve more than a reassuring badge. Here are the controls Mizen uses today.
Roles and company or branch scope are enforced when data is requested, rather than relying only on hidden buttons.
Invitation links expire after seven days. The recipient must sign in with the invited email before receiving access.
Uploaded documents use private storage and temporary access links, rather than permanent public file URLs.
