Early access
Mizen is an early-stage workforce workspace operated under the name Mizen. Contact: urbantrails00@gmail.com. These terms describe use of the current early-access service; no paid subscription is activated by this interface.
Accounts and company authority
Use an account you are entitled to use, protect its credentials and report suspected misuse. Company administrators must have authority to create their workspace, invite users and process the records they enter. Assigned roles and pages do not transfer ownership of employment records to individual users. Do not attempt to access another company’s records or bypass access controls.
Records and decisions
Check imported attendance, missing punches, hours and payroll drafts before relying on them. Company personnel remain responsible for employment, payroll and approval decisions. Mizen is not a government portal and currently has no Qiwa/Nafath integration or automatic biometric-device synchronisation.
Service changes and access
Early-access features and availability may change. Keep appropriate copies of important business records. Contact Mizen for help with access or an account request; workforce records may need to be retained by your organisation. Applicable legal rights and obligations continue to apply. Privacy handling is described in the linked privacy notice.
Date and updates
Effective date: 26 October 2026. Material updates will be published on this page. Future paid services, if introduced, will have their price and applicable terms presented before a purchase.

الحسابات وصلاحية الشركة
استخدم حساباً يحق لك استخدامه، واحمِ بيانات الدخول وأبلغ عن الاشتباه بسوء الاستخدام. يجب أن يكون مسؤول الشركة مخولاً بإنشاء مساحة العمل ودعوة المستخدمين ومعالجة السجلات التي يضيفها. لا تنقل صلاحيات الأدوار والصفحات ملكية سجلات العمل إلى المستخدم الفرد. لا تحاول الوصول إلى سجلات شركة أخرى أو تجاوز ضوابط الوصول.
السجلات والقرارات
راجع الحضور المستورد والبصمات الناقصة والساعات ومسودات الرواتب قبل الاعتماد عليها. تظل جهة العمل مسؤولة عن قرارات الموظفين والرواتب والموافقات. ميزان ليس بوابة حكومية، ولا يتضمن حالياً ربطاً بقوى أو نفاذ أو مزامنة تلقائية مع أجهزة البصمة.
الخدمة والوصول
قد تتغير ميزات الخدمة وتوافرها في مرحلة الوصول المبكر. احتفظ بنسخ مناسبة من سجلات الأعمال المهمة. تواصل مع ميزان للمساعدة بشأن الوصول أو طلبات الحساب؛ قد تحتاج مؤسستك إلى الاحتفاظ بسجلات العاملين. تظل الحقوق والالتزامات القانونية المطبقة سارية. يوضح إشعار الخصوصية المرتبط كيفية التعامل مع البيانات.
