Who to contact
Mizen is the name used for this early-stage workforce service. Contact the Mizen team at urbantrails00@gmail.com for account, privacy or service questions. Your employer or organisation administers the workforce records it adds to Mizen; contact its administrator about employment records and the basis for collecting them.
Information and purposes
Mizen processes account email, user ID and profile details to authenticate users and apply company, branch and employee permissions. If you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies basic identity information, such as your name, email and profile-picture information. Mizen uses it for account identification and sign-in; it does not request access to Gmail, Drive or contacts, or use Google account information for advertising. You can revoke the connection through your Google Account settings.
Workforce records
Depending on what your company enters and which features it uses, records may include employee contact and identity details, documents and expiry dates, branch/site assignments, attendance and working hours, leave requests, payroll drafts and performance or incident records. Location is requested when you choose a location-based punch; it is used to record and check that attendance event. Supported device-file imports process attendance logs; importing attendance does not require fingerprint templates. Company administrators are responsible for entering only information they are authorised to process and for explaining their employment-related processing to staff.
Providers, access and browser storage
Cloudflare delivers the website. Supabase provides authentication, the database and private file storage. Google handles Google sign-in when you choose it. Information is processed by these providers as needed to operate the service, and workforce records are available to authorised company users within their access scope. Infrastructure and authentication providers may process technical connection and security information. Browser storage keeps the session and preferences such as language and selected company/branch. Service providers may process information outside your country; Saudi-only data hosting is not promised.
Retention and requests
Account information is kept while it is needed for account operation. Company workforce records are retained according to the organisation’s needs and applicable obligations; removing a user’s access does not automatically erase their employee records. Contact the company administrator or Mizen team to request access, a copy, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Requests are assessed in light of the applicable rules, retention duties and other people’s rights. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove copies held in provider backups under their retention processes. Where processing relies on consent, you may ask to withdraw it; this does not undo prior lawful processing.

This notice describes the current service. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Effective date: 26 October 2026. This notice does not claim regulatory certification or government-system integration.

المعلومات وأغراضها
يعالج ميزان البريد الإلكتروني ومعرّف المستخدم وبيانات الملف الشخصي لتسجيل الدخول وتطبيق صلاحيات الشركة والفرع والموظف. عند اختيار الدخول عبر Google، يزوّد Google الخدمة بمعلومات الهوية الأساسية مثل الاسم والبريد ومعلومات صورة الملف. تستخدم للتعريف بالحساب وتسجيل الدخول، ولا يطلب ميزان الوصول إلى Gmail أو Drive أو جهات الاتصال ولا يستخدم معلومات حساب Google للإعلانات. يمكنك إلغاء الربط من إعدادات حساب Google.
سجلات العاملين
وفقاً لما تضيفه الشركة والميزات المستخدمة، قد تشمل السجلات معلومات الاتصال والهوية، والمستندات وتواريخ انتهائها، وتعيينات الفروع والمواقع، والحضور وساعات العمل، وطلبات الإجازة، ومسودات الرواتب وسجلات الأداء أو الوقائع. يُطلب الموقع عند اختيار تسجيل الحضور بالموقع الجغرافي لتسجيل تلك العملية والتحقق منها. تعالج ملفات الأجهزة المدعومة سجلات الحضور ولا يتطلب الاستيراد قوالب بصمات الأصابع. تتحمل الشركة مسؤولية إدخال البيانات المصرح لها بمعالجتها وتوضيح معالجتها المتعلقة بالعمل لموظفيها.
مقدمو الخدمة والوصول والتخزين
تقدّم Cloudflare الموقع، وتوفّر Supabase المصادقة وقاعدة البيانات والتخزين الخاص، ويتولى Google تسجيل الدخول عبره عند اختياره. يعالج مقدمو الخدمة المعلومات اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة، وتتاح سجلات العاملين لمستخدمي الشركة المصرح لهم ضمن نطاق صلاحياتهم. قد يعالج مقدمو البنية التحتية والمصادقة معلومات الاتصال التقنية والأمان. يحتفظ تخزين المتصفح بالجلسة والتفضيلات مثل اللغة والشركة والفرع المحددين. قد تُعالج المعلومات خارج بلدك؛ لا يقدم ميزان وعداً باستضافة البيانات داخل السعودية حصراً.
الاحتفاظ والطلبات
تُحفظ بيانات الحساب ما دامت لازمة لتشغيله. تحتفظ الشركة بسجلات العاملين بحسب احتياجاتها والتزاماتها المطبقة؛ إلغاء وصول المستخدم لا يحذف سجلات الموظف تلقائياً. يمكنك التواصل مع مسؤول الشركة أو فريق ميزان لطلب الوصول أو نسخة أو تصحيح أو حذف البيانات أو تقديم ملاحظة بشأن الخصوصية. تُقيّم الطلبات وفق القواعد المطبقة والتزامات الاحتفاظ وحقوق الآخرين. قد لا يزيل الحذف من الأنظمة النشطة النسخ الاحتياطية فوراً، إذ تخضع لإجراءات احتفاظ مقدم الخدمة. عند الاعتماد على الموافقة، يمكن طلب العدول عنها دون إلغاء المعالجة السابقة المشروعة.
